But let’s be honest, whenever we receive a parcel from overseas, we don’t really pay attention to who sent them and we just kind of let it go.

So, the question still remains… who is Mr. Hu?

Recently, netizens on Twitter have been playing detective to find the face behind the name “Mr. Hu”, which frequently appears when ordering items from Shopee.

One user, @ellezamuri shared a tweet with a photo of her package from Shopee, which identifies the sender as “Mr. Hu”.

The caption reads: “Every Shopee shopaholic would know this man. The only man that matters.”

The tweet has since garnered over 13.5 thousand retweets and 19.6 thousand shares.

Interestingly, many online shoppers laughed at the realisation and shared pictures of their own parcels that also showed the sender’s name as Mr. Hu.

One user even said: “We should find out who Mr. Hu is, gather all his information, kidnap him and then we tickle him together!”

After a little bit of deep research, one user figured out that Mr. Hu is actually the President of China Merchants Group Ltd.
