A Twitter user, known as Muz, took to his Twitter account to complain again about a broken escalator near an LRT station - five years later.
He shared an image of the broken escalator and explained that he submitted a complaint to Rapid KL via Twitter in 2016, which they responded saying that they were currently waiting for the escalator’s spare parts.

Exactly five years after his initial complaint, Muz took to Twitter once again with a second complaint saying: “I’ve waited for five years now. No spare parts since 2016?”
Rapid KL has since apologised for the inconvenience and clarified that the escalator is not under the maintenance jurisdiction of Rapid KL.
“We advised you to submit your complaint to the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), thank you,” said Rapid KL, replying to Muz’s tweet.
Muz’s tweet has since garnered over 4,200 retweets and 4,800 likes at the time of writing.
Hmm… we hope somebody’s going to take action and finally fix the escalator after five years!
