Indonesian Government Hires Squid Game Guards To Make Sure Candidates Don’t Cheat In Exam

We’d be scared to even blink!

The Indonesian Justice and Human Rights Ministry recently held a civil servant entrance exam in Surabaya, East Java and hired five invigilators who were fully masked and wore bright pink coveralls looking exactly like the guards in Squid Game.

To complete the look, the guards held toy firearms and pointed them at the candidates.

According to CNN, Krismono, who heads the ministry’s office in West Java said: “We wanted to make the exam candidates feel more relaxed and happy.”

Not sure how you can feel relaxed and happy when there’s a guard pointing a fake gun at you, but okay…

Like in Squid Game, those who pass the ministry’s challenges will be given the ultimate rewards, “In this case, those who are successful will be appointed as Justice and Human Rights Ministry civil servants.

“The difference is, the participants in Squid Game are hopeless people, whereas people who took this entrance exam are those who are full of spirit and enthusiasm,” said Krismono.

Not gonna lie, it does look fun lah!

Well, we wish all the participants the best of luck and hope that you all pass the game (read: exam)!
