Giant Crocodile Measuring Almost 5 Metres Found In Plantation Stream In Sarawak!

Recently, social media was shocked with the discovery of a massive 800kg crocodile that was found in a drain behind a school in Sarawak.

And now, the Wildlife rescue team from the Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) rescued a crocodile measuring almost five metres long found inside a stream in an oil palm plantation in Niah district in northern Sarawak. 

According to The Star, the giant crocodile was spotted by several plantation workers inside a stream.

The rescue team and several firemen from the Batu Niah station rushed to the scene after being alerted by the workers.

In a Facebook post, the SFC said that the croc has been sent to the Benaya Farm in Kuala Baram.

So guys, be careful especially now that it’s been raining a lot and water levels are starting to rise...

If you’re in Sarawak and you happen to spot a crocodile, don’t panic and do not try to hurt it, but instead, report the sighting to the SFC immediately via its hotline +6019-8859996 for Kuching, +6019-8883561 for Sibu, +6019-8223449 for Bintulu, and +6019-8224566 for Miri!

Always be aware of your surroundings and stay safe!
