A 90-year-old man recently scaled Mount Kinabalu, much to the amazement of online users.

The man caught netizens’ attention after a video of him climbing the tallest mountain in Borneo went viral on TikTok.
The video, which was uploaded by user @iceeminn123 shows the elderly man climbing the mountain while holding onto a man’s hand, believed to be a mountain guide.
The mountain guide can be heard in the video saying that the man climbs the mountain more quickly than him.
When asked about his age, the senior citizen can be heard in the video saying that he is 90-years-old.
The video has since garnered over 74.3 thousand views at the time of writing. Many took to the comment section to wish the man well and also expressed how the man’s spirit and strength inspired them to do better every day.
Amazing! We can’t even climb up five flights of stairs without breaking our backs…
