Here’s how you can fix it:
1. Check the reason given
2. Identify where to go
Depending on the reason, you’ll need to head to either:
JPJ (Road Transport Department) – if it’s anything to do with your driving licence.
Examples:
JPN (National Registration Department) – if the issue is linked to your MyKad.

3. Update your records
-
When visiting the correct department, remember to bring your MyKad and driving licence.
-
Just let the counter staff know you’re updating your details for the BUDI95 subsidy programme. They’ll help you check, correct, and update the system.
4. Re-check your eligibility
After the officer confirms everything is updated, return to the BUDI95 portal and check again.
Once the government’s central database refreshes, your status should change to “eligible”.
And that’s it! A few quick steps and you should be back on track to enjoy the RM1.99/litre RON95 subsidy.
