According to a video shared on TikTok by @imm2gether, all travellers—regardless of whether they enter Thailand by air, land, or sea—will be required to submit their arrival details electronically before entering the country.
TDAC is part of the government’s broader digital transformation of immigration procedures, aimed at streamlining border processing, cutting down paperwork, and making it easier for visitors to enter Thailand. Travellers are required to complete the digital form at least three days before their arrival.
The TDAC is mandatory for all foreign passport holders, including tourists, business travellers, and permanent residents.
Only certain categories are exempted from this requirement:
Travellers can submit the TDAC individually or as part of a group via the online portal. Information submitted can be updated at any time prior to travel. Required details include:
For those unable to complete the TDAC ahead of time or who lack internet access upon arrival, assistance will be available at help centres located at immigration checkpoints.
However, travellers are strongly encouraged to complete the TDAC online in advance to avoid delays and reduce congestion at the border.
