Datuk Roman Sia, the owner, shared that you can book your stay entirely online, which helps reduce the need for face-to-face interactions at the front counter, especially during the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

The hotel is currently in a trial period until January 28th, allowing guests to book rooms through the website and check in at the front counter. You can use the hotel's official website to make bookings, and a mobile app is available for easy check-ins and check-outs.

You can access your room using a digital key on the mobile app or by entering a PIN at the door. A cool feature is that if someone else needs to enter your room briefly, the person who made the booking can unlock it using the app, eliminating the need for physical keys.

This digital system, supported by a cloud platform from Australia, ensures efficiency and security.

The hotel has a total of 90 rooms, with prices ranging from RM180 to RM300, including family suites. There's also a big dining hall that can accommodate 95 tables.

Roman Sia mentioned that the hotel's location used to be a cinema between 1965 and 1977, known as Liwah Hotel. The hotel plans to display antique items related to the cinema's history.

The trial period for bookings and check-ins will continue until Jan 28, and the full digital check-in and check-out process will start from January 29th.
