Liam Payne’s passing has left the world in shock, and his former One Direction bandmates are now expressing their heartbreak.
In a joint statement posted on One Direction’s official Instagram page, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson addressed the tragedy, following Payne’s fatal fall from a balcony on Wednesday.

"We're completely devastated by the news of Liam's passing," the statement began. "In time, and when everyone is able to, there will be more to say. But for now, we will take some time to grieve and process the loss of our brother, who we loved dearly. The memories we shared with him will be treasured forever.”
Liam Payne, who was 31-years-old, was found dead after falling from the third-floor balcony of the Casa Sur hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The band's statement also said, "For now, our thoughts are with his family, his friends, and the fans who loved him alongside us. We will miss him terribly. We love you Liam."
Additionally, each member has paid tribute to Liam on their personal social media accounts, expressing their grief over the loss of their friend.
