An Irish financial manager claims to make nearly $130,000, which is around RM571,415 a year eating lunch and reading newspapers all day. He allegedly works for Ireland's national railway network.
Most people probably wouldn't complain if they were paid to essentially do nothing, but Dermot Alastair Mills considers it to be discrimination.

The financial manager claims that after going public with the company's accounting practices in 2014, he gradually lost all of his responsibilities and now spends the majority of his days eating lunch and reading the newspaper
And he still receives his regular paycheck each month despite all of this.
"I buy a sandwich and two newspapers. I turn on my computer, sit in my cubicle, and check my emails. No emails, messages, communications, or colleague communications are related to work.
"I eat my sandwich while reading the newspaper. Then, if there are any emails that need an answer, I respond to them at around 10.30 a.m. I perform the necessary work if there is any. I would be thrilled if I was given a job that required me to work once a week,” he said, according to Oddity Central.
The financial manager claimed that from 2000 until the financial collapse in 2007, he was in charge of capital budgets totaling about €250 million (RM1.1 billion). He was promoted in 2010, but after allegedly being forced into a new position and compelled to take a three-month sick leave in 2013, his career began to crumble.
He continued by saying that he feels "alone and left out of company meetings and training opportunities.
