A Malaysian homeowner received a shocking revelation about his vacant house in Puchong, Selangor, which has been unoccupied for the past decade.
The surprise came when he decided to sell the property and asked a friend to handle the sale.

The homeowner, who had never lived in the house since purchasing it over 10 years ago, informed his friend that the property had been vacant for several years. However, when the friend visited the house to assess its condition, he discovered that it was currently occupied by foreigners.
"I called my friend, the owner, once again to confirm if the house was really empty. I told him that there are foreigners in the house! It's not just me who was surprised; the homeowner was also shocked because he has never rented it to anyone since buying it over 10 years ago," the friend shared.
Attempting to communicate with the foreign occupants, the friend faced a language barrier as they could not understand Bahasa Melayu or English. Perplexed by the boldness of the occupants, he observed them drawing water from a neighboring house and questioned how they managed to obtain electricity.

The friend later recounted an encounter with a Bangladeshi man, presumably the supervisor of the foreign occupants, who boldly claimed they had been living in the house without any interference for an extended period.
In a surprising turn of events, the foreign occupants demanded proof of ownership from the friend, adding to the bizarre situation. Expressing concern about the audacity displayed by the squatters, he commented, "They asked for proof that this house belongs to my friend. What is happening to Malaysia now?"
Faced with this unusual situation, the friend has urged the homeowner to file a police report, and he himself plans to report the case to the Immigration Department, shedding light on a bizarre and concerning case of unauthorized occupation in the residential property.
