DBKL shared the announcement on its Facebook page and confirmed that applications are now open. The rental rates are kept low to help ease the cost of living. A fully furnished unit costs RM200 per month for able-bodied applicants, while RM130 per month is offered to applicants with disabilities.
According to DBKL, Residensi Belia Cheras is meant to give young workers in the city a clean and modern living space. It comes with comfortable facilities and is located in an area that makes commuting into Kuala Lumpur much easier.
