Chinese social media was outraged after seeing a video of a young boy threatening his father with a meat cleaver.
According to a South China Morning Post, this is after the father took away his phone and forbade him from playing video games.

Social media users were shocked after seeing the 13-seconds video that went viral, recorded by an unknown person, believed to be from Guangxi, an autonomous area in Southern China.
In the video, the young boy is seen brandishing a butcher cleaver in the direction of a middle-aged man who had just taken away the boy’s phone, “Give it back to me!” the boy can be heard screaming.
The boy is seen waving the cleaver in front of his father, though eventually, the man managed to take the meat cleaver away from him as well. The video, believed to have been shot on 10 February has since been viewed over 7 million times.
According to many media reports, the frightening standoff started when the father told his son to stop playing video games and proceeded to take away his phone, which the child then became enraged and threatened his father with the meat cleaver.
The video has since gone viral on the Chinese social media platform, Weibo. Netizens took to the comment section to criticise the young boy and his behaviour.
