We are now under the Full Movement Control Order (FMCO), and dining in a restaurant is not allowed, but there are still people who blatantly violate the SOPs.
Five individuals recently decided to try their luck and have a meal at a restaurant yesterday (June 2nd).

But luck wasn’t on their side as all five of them were fined RM2,000 each, while the owner of the restaurant was slapped with a RM10,000 fine.
According to Harian Metro, Kuala Lumpur Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department (JPJKK) chief Datuk Azman Ayob said that an inspection was conducted at 12:45 pm when the individuals were caught dining-in at a restaurant located on the sixth floor of a restaurant in KL.
“Police found the customers eating at the premises, violating the SOPs that were set by the government. Police will continue to conduct inspections from time to time and will be taking stern action against the public for failing to comply with the FMCO SOPs,” he continued.

The case is now being investigated according to Regulation 16 PU (A) 243/2021 of the MCO.
Please follow the SOPs, guys! We need to work together if we want to help flatten the COVID-19 curve.
Stay at home and stay safe!
