However, Projek Lintasan Sungai Besi-Ulu Klang Sdn Bhd (Prolintas), the developer of the SUKE project, has denied having any involvement in the incident.

A statement posted by Prolintas clarified that the concrete block fell from a lorry that was driving along the stretch and was not part of the construction of SUKE.

It added that the incident was cleared in less than half an hour and traffic resumed to the usual crawl during rush hour.
