Treat yourself to a show of grace, beauty, music and visual aesthetics this month with the International Ballet Super Stars Gala 2019.
KL Dance Works does more than simply put on beautiful shows. They also help to cultivate local talent and help the ballet ecosystem in our country thrive, because what better place to source for talent than from our own youngsters? Putting local aspiring dancers on the same stage with world class performers, they get the opportunity to experience performing at a professional level. A lovely idea, we think!
Organised by KL Dance Works and hosted in Istana Budaya, this world-class performance will be showcasing international ballet superstars along with young Malaysian dancers.

The audience can look forward to highlights of classical and original ballet repertoire of contemporary ballet choreography, all of which will be performed by Principals and Soloists of the world’s top professional ballet companies.
Regular full-length ballets are normally a lot to take in, but the International Ballet Super Stars Gala 2019 is much easier to digest and appreciate, making it just the right show for those with an interest in this graceful art.
Adiarys Almeida and Taras Domitro will be on stage, along with 20 young Malaysian dancers between the ages of 10-16.
Proceeds from this show will be donated to charity.
