Randstad, a global leader in the HR services industry, recently unveiled the top 75 largest commercial companies in 2019 that are in the running for the title of the most attractive employer in Malaysia based on their survey of over 2,504 employees and job seekers. They include Astro Holdings Sdn. Bhd, KFC Holding and Samsung. Check out the full report here.
The study aims to understand what job seekers expect from an ideal employer and measures their perception of the 75 largest commercial employers (based on the local workforce size). The study measures brand awareness and brand attractiveness of each commercial company based on the respondents rating on the employers through 10 value proposition pillars such as ‘work-life balance’, ‘financial health’ and ‘career progression opportunities’.
The study will culminate in the Malaysia 2019 Randstad Employer Brand Awards, where top winners will be announced later in July. In 2018, the top 3 most attractive commercial companies were Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), Shell Malaysia and Nestle (Malaysia) Berhad.
