There has been plenty of conspiracy theories about the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and one of them is how the virus may have been man-made for the purpose of world population control.
But while it may be fun to read up on these theories, they aren’t valid and official concerns for the government.
Yesterday (December 14th), Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Khairy Jamaluddin admitted he was left dumbfounded when he received an email from an independent analyst regarding this issue.
The Rembau MP took to Twitter to share a series of questions the email entailed, and among them were about the importance of getting vaccines and other alternatives that can be used as a solution, as well as the government's willingness to accept these alternatives.
But the last question read: “Is the government aware that COVID-19 is part of a bigger plan by the Freemasons and the Illuminati, in their quest to control the world through the New World Order?”
Khairy said he gets many questions in Parliament and through social media regarding the COVID-19 vaccine, adding that he’s open to meeting anyone who has valid concerns, but insisted he doesn’t know how to answer that question.
Some netizens still tried to get answers out of him, and we're laughing at his response!
It is said the Illuminati is a secret group founded in 1776, and was set up to reject superstitions, religious beliefs in public life, systematic rejection of the spread of culture and abuse of power.
Meanwhile, the Freemasons, another secret society, emerged between the late 16th century to the early 17th century.
Both organisations are often said to have an agenda to control the world through government administration, known as the New World Order.
