However, some SOPs have been a little bit relaxed, including lifting the interdistrict and interstate travel ban.

In a press conference on Wednesday (9 December) Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced that the ruling of allowing about 1 million employees from the government and private sector in the security and management division in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur to work from home is still in force.

He said that the states are still considered a red zone area with a high number of cases and still under the CMCO.

When asked by a reporter about the other states under the RMCO, the minister said that he still has not been informed about the situation, as reported by The Star.
