Karim Benzema has been going from strength to strength this season.
Just days after scoring a hattrick to knock PSG out of the Champions League…the Real Madrid striker has brought his devastating form back to La Liga.

He netted two goals in the 3-0 win over Mallorca, to send Real 10 points clear at the top of the league standings.
His goals also brought his career tally to 413, which officially makes him the all-time top French goal scorer.
Benzema now has two goals more than the previous record, held by his countryman and Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.

But judging by how Benzema has been performing this season, you can expect this tally to rise, especially with Real still having plenty of matches to play in La Liga and the Champions League.
So far this season he’s scored 32 goals for Real in all competitions, equaling his best return for the Spanish giants since the 2011/2012 campaign.
All this, at the ‘ripe old age’ of 34. Some players really do age like fine French wine.
