According to Sinar Harian, 54 people were fined RM2,000 each for breaching MCO 3.0 SOPs at the Raja Muda Nala Bridge in Klang after they were caught jogging and lepak-ing in groups.

South Klang District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Shamsul Amar Ramli said that action was taken after community members had complained about the activities that’s been going on in the area.

“At around 6 pm we found that many had parked their cars near the stone barrier that’s been put up. There were people jogging and hanging out at the Raja Muda Nala bridge, which has been closed during the MCO.

“Compounds have been issued to those at the location by the Selangor Police Contingent Headquarters (IPK) Enforcement team,” he said.

This is very disappointing!

COVID-19 is real and it is here right now in our community, and the only way we could curb the spread of the virus is by staying at home.

Take care of yourself and the people around you. We’re all in this together!
