On Sunday (February 27th), a dead 4.4 meter long crocodile weighing over 300kg was discovered floating in Sungai Sarawak, near the Satok Bridge.

According to Borneo Post, A Sarawak Rivers Board employee found the crocodile and later reported it to the Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC).
The croc was removed from the river by SFC’s Swift Wildlife Action Team led by Dr. Mohd Izwan Zulaini.
After being weighed and measured, the crocodile was taken to SFC for further action.

The crocodile is believed to have died just recently and investigations will be conducted to find out the cause of death.
