The SYOK team had an incredible time at Bang Yedam’s 1st Fan Meeting in Kuala Lumpur! Hosted by LOL Asia, the event took place last Saturday at Zepp Kuala Lumpur, where the talented South Korean singer-songwriter and producer had the chance to connect with his fans up close.
We arrived at the venue early, around 2 PM, for Bang Yedam’s press conference. He answered questions from the media and shared some exciting details about his upcoming album, GOOD ViBES. After the press conference, he delighted a few lucky Malaysian BY:Ds with a 1:1 signing session.
By 5 PM, the SYOK team, along with our friends from HITZ, got to hang out with Bang Yedam backstage. We had a blast making TikTok videos with him—stay tuned to our social media for some fun content coming your way!
The fan excitement was palpable as they all arrived dressed to impress in denim. The fan meeting kicked off at 8 PM with Bang Yedam starting his set with “Miss You” and “Only One.” The energy in the venue was electric, with fans singing along so loudly it felt like the ground was shaking.
He treated the audience to some fantastic covers, including ILLIT's "Magnetic" on the piano, "Can’t Take My Eyes Off You" by Frankie Valli, Shawn Mendes’ "There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back," and Jungkook’s "Seven," showcasing his impressive vocal range. As a special surprise, he even performed a Malay song, "Cute (Stop Lah Being So Cute)" by Harith Zazman featuring MFMF and Loca B, which delighted the audience.
Bang Yedam made sure to connect with his fans by visiting the VIP section twice and even called a few fans on stage to play games, take photos, and receive exclusive t-shirts.
The night was filled with joy as fans sang along to his songs, and the concert ended on a heartwarming note. Bang Yedam was reluctant to leave the stage, reflecting the mutual appreciation between him and his fans.
