The highly-anticipated "NARUTO TV Animation 20th Anniversary Exhibition Malaysia" kicked off its grand showcase at Pavilion Bukit Jalil over the weekend, marking a spectacular launch that brought the iconic anime series to life.
The event was launched by Mohamed Amin bin Yahya, Senior Director, and Jeffri bin Munir, Senior Deputy Director of Domestic & Event, at the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture alongside members of the press, organisers, and partners. The exhibition celebrates two decades of the NARUTO anime series, bringing together fans, both young and old, from across Malaysia.
Celebrating 20 Years of NARUTO
Commemorating the occasion, the event welcomed and united NARUTO enthusiasts from all over Malaysia in a NARUTO fan gathering. Embodying their favourite NARUTO characters, excited fans were greeted by a Nine-Tailed Fox (Kurama) inflatable, one of the most powerful characters in the series – a hard-to-miss photo spot for fans visiting the exhibition.
Fans gathered also enjoyed the opportunity to be one of the first to experience the exhibition along with a special Wadaiko (Japanese drums) performance, as part of the opening ceremony, signifying the ever-growing popularity and influence of Japanese culture in Malaysia.
