Well, good news for all you marathoners, the Skechers Friendship Walk will return this August for its third year… virtually!

This year’s online edition of the Skechers Friendship Walk will take place from August 5th to September 6th 2020, where all participants are able to complete their chosen distance virtually within this period; either 3KM, 5KM or 10KM, while still carrying on the spirit of the walk to encourage bonding between family and friends.
You can even choose your desired track, whether you want to walk around the city, at the park, or even in the comfort of your own home on the treadmill. It’s your choice!

Vice President of Southeast Asia, Ms. Zann Lee said: “We are glad to be able to bring back the Skechers Friendship Walk in 2020 - an annual tradition that we look forward to continuing, even in this extraordinary year. The virtual run format that we are introducing this year is more flexible and allows more people to take part from anywhere and anytime within the one month period.”
“We hope this event will create special memories for participants to stay fit together and bond with their loved ones,” she added.
The Skechers Friendship Walk was first held here in Malaysia in 2017, and subsequently in 2019, which saw more than 4,200 participants who took part in a 5KM non-competitive walk.

Participants of the Skechers Friendship Walk are also able to receive attractive Skechers rewards, including discount vouchers upon signing up and completion of the race.
