It seems the Ribena Blackcurrant Fruit Cordial in 600ml, 1 litre, and 2 litre bottles have changed in appearance and taste prior to their expiry dates, and in response, Ribena is conducting an investigation along the production and distribution chain of Ribena Blackcurrant Fruit Cordial Bottles to determine the root cause.

Findings indicated that a small percentage of the bottles in the affected batches with expiry dates from 17 August 2021 to 16 October, 2021 (“Affected Batches”) are impacted.

While waiting for the results of the investigation, a precautionary measure and proactive decision has been made to voluntarily withdraw Ribena Blackcurrant Fruit Cordial Bottles with expiry dates between those dates.
