The collaboration gave birth to fifteen limited edition designs featuring everyday Malaysian lifestyle and their own unique culture of prints and graphics, available on the Photobook's website for art appreciators and gift-givers to personalize from a wide range of giftings and lifestyle products for this holiday season.

“At Photobook, we were looking for ways to end the year by making this gifting season more memorable and meaningful to our audience yet at the same time supporting our community of local artists by providing them an avenue where they can showcase their work.

“We hope to connect our artists and audiences through this gifting season by offering every Malaysian a chance to own an affordable art piece. For those who wish to share this art piece with someone, they can also accompany it with a special greeting," said Ms. Hew Lee Yee, Chief Marketing Officer of Photobook Malaysia.

One of the highlights of the collaboration features a series of artwork collaborations with Artjamila®, an award-winning international savant artist who designed four(4) limited edition designs: the highly-anticipated Fish Mosaic Series, the Teapot S9, the Teapot S11, and The Garden of Lotus series which will be made available at Photobook Worldwide.

Artjamila®, an autistic savant artist from Malaysia, has been using drawing as a tool of communication to connect with the outside world.

What started as a tool of communication eventually spiraled into a career as an artist with her works being recognized globally and having won multiple accolades and merits as a featured artist. She has even sold over a hundred paintings to art collectors in Malaysia and Switzerland within four years as an artist.

Gift-givers or fans of these art pieces can also look forward to eleven limited edition designs by the eleven local designers from Art Market, a platform to create a community and a resource for Malaysian artists and patrons of the arts to support and communicate closely. Featured designs include designs by self-taught and retiree Professor Abdul Hamid Mohamed, Roslan Razali, a local independent artist from Kelantan, housewife and art lover turned artist Lin Daud and more!

Wah, we can’t wait to get our hands on these art pieces!
