The ongoing floods has affected several states across Malaysia, causing much upheaval and disrupted lives across communities.

With that, LG Electronics Malaysia has rolled out the Love ❤ Care Hand in Hand initiative to help out affected customers.

The global consumer electronics brand is providing free product inspection and cleaning services for its products (selected products only) that are damaged due to the floods as home appliances are essential to one’s everyday life when it comes to staying connected.

The service would allow families to save costs in an already difficult time while relieving stress for affected customers who are in the midst of rebuilding their homes.

“At LG, we believe that everyone deserves a lending hand. We have been committed to serving and spreading positivity to the community for a very long time and now, more than ever, we want to take care of our customers in any way we can through our initiative,” said Managing Director of LG Electronics Malaysia, Kim Kyutae.

From now until February 28th, all LG customers residing in the following affected areas are eligible to receive free inspection and cleaning on their LG products.
