In conjunction with the Ramadan and Raya seasons, Go Shop, Astro’s e-commerce branch, has launched it’s Ramadan e-Bazaar to help local food and beverage businesses. Go Shop is also introducing a special channel, Astro channel 111, for customers, too!
Dr Grace Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Astro Go Shop said, “Traditionally, Ramadan and Raya are essential for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We are aware that some businesses in Malaysia may be affected by this pandemic, and we are committed to providing support to local businesses, especially those in the SMEs and Micro-SMEs.”
“This is the perfect time for us to launch the 'Go Shop Ramadan Bazaar' for a small food and beverage business to list their products on our platform for free where they can immediately gain a huge audience of 2.2 million Go Shop customers. To date, there are about 100 food and beverage businesses like De. Wan 1958 by Chef Wan, Brownies Bar by The Accidental Bakers, LaksaNA, Pihapi, BurgerBros, Warna Pops, Tut's Egyptian Eatery and many more on the platform.

In addition to that, the new channel, Go Shop Ramadan & Special Edition Raya (channel 111) will also feature Diari Rumah, Stail TV, Go Shop Express dan Dapur Selebriti focusing on home improvement tips, Muslim fashion and cooking ideas from celebrity chefs such as Chef Wan, Chef Florence Tan and Chef Kamarulin.
During the Movement Control Order (MCO), Astro customers can also enjoy the convenience of buying fresh or frozen foods including fruits and vegetables, frozen and dried seafood and ready-to-eat food.
From May 1-31, 2020, customers can use the DUIT30 or DUIT60 promo codes to enjoy an immediate discount of RM30 or RM60 when they spend a minimum of RM300 or RM500 for products featured on the Go Shop TV program.
