The songstress shared the great news with her fans through her social media accounts, Facebook and Instagram, showing a picture of herself on a massive billboard in one of the most iconic locations in the Big Apple - and we couldn’t be more proud!

The Malaysian singer in collaboration with Spotify was the face of New York City’s billboard to celebrate Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage (AAPIHM) month! How awesome!

She wrote on Instagram: “Look mom! I’m all over NYC! Celebrating Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage month with Spotify. Thanks Spotify for always having me a part of this special month together with other talented Asian artists, this visibility means a lot to us!”

“I’m a proud Asian aunty yas and proud of my community!”

She also added that she will be dropping her new single, ‘Stay Where You Are’ this 15th of May! So, Yuna fans, save the date!

The Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage celebrates the culture, traditions, and history of Asian American and Pacific Islanders in the United States of America, and it takes place in May, every year.
