According to Astro AWANI, Menteri Besar Johor, Datuk Ir. Haji Hasni Mohammad said that the Federal Government will have to import more vaccines so that those who have to work in Singapore can be vaccinated earlier.

He also mentioned that the Johor government will supply additional COVID-19 vaccines to the state as the move is vital to start Johor’s economic recovery.

The state will start with about 50,000 to 100,000 doses first, and the certificate of vaccination will be reflected on their MySejahtera app, which allows Singapore to easily verify their vaccinations.

These workers are not required to quarantine after they are done with their vaccinations.

So, if you’re a Malaysian who works in Singapore, all you need to do is show proof of your employment when the time comes for you to go for your vaccinations!
