If You’re Pregnant Or Breastfeeding, You Can Now Update Your Status On MySejahtera!

Over the past few weeks, thousands of Malaysians have been safely vaccinated! 

However, certain groups of people such as pregnant and breastfeeding women have been wondering whether they will ever get a slot for the COVID-19 vaccine…

Recently, the COVID-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF) shared on Twitter that pregnant and breastfeeding women can now update their status.

Jika anda ibu mengandung atau sedang menyusu, anda kini boleh mengemaskini status anda di MySejahtera. Janji temu vaksinasi anda akan diberikan berdasarkan jenis vaksin yang sesuai untuk anda.

They also mentioned that it’s important for pregnant and breastfeeding women to update their status on the MySejahtera app so that they can receive a vaccination appointment based on the vaccine that is suitable for them. 

If you’re still unsure, here are the vaccines that are suitable for breastfeeding and pregnant women. 

Finally, everyone will get vaccinated soon! Don’t forget to share this with your friends or family members who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
