Hamilton now has the most race wins in F1 history

Lewis Hamilton is now Formula One’s most successful driver, in terms of race wins.

He took the chequered flag at the Portuguese GP, coming in ahead of Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas and Red Bull’s Max Verstappen.

This is Hamilton’s 92nd career victory, surpassing the all-time record set by the great Michael Schumacher.

The Brit now holds a 77-point lead in the driver’s standings, and is on course to equal another of Schumacher’s records – of seven world championship titles.

Foxes outgun Arsenal

Leicester City have moved to within a point of the Premier League summit thanks to a 1-0 win over Arsenal at the Emirates.

Jamie Vardy came off the bench to score the 80th minute winner.

This is Leicester’s first win away at Arsenal since 1973.

In other results, Southampton defeated Everton 2-0, to end the Toffees unbeaten start to the season.

While Newcastle needed a late equalizer to salvage a 1-1 draw with Wolves.

Coutinho could miss Juve tie

Barcelona’s Philippe Coutinho is set to miss his side’s Champions League clash against Juventus this week after picking up a hamstring injury.
